FYI, there are three types of houses you can buy in Singapore.

1. HDB (Public housing)
2. Private Properties
3. Executive Condos (ECs)

I am going for the HDB because we are eligible to purchase under the Non-citizen spouse scheme. We are thankfully eligible for some grants too.
