Sydney Sweeney FIRES BACK at Hollywood Producer Who Said She Can’t Act & Isn’t Pretty

Sydney Sweeney is firing back at a veteran Hollywood Producer who recently made disparaging comments about her skillset and appearance. Carol Baum, the producer and an adjunct professor at USC, reportedly criticized the “Euphoria” star while speaking with a New York Times Film Critic in front of an audience after a film screening, and revealed that she watched the actress’ hit rom-com “Anyone But You,” describing it as “unwatchable.” Carol, whose producing credits include "Father of the Bride" and "Buffy the Vampire Slayer," also shared that she spoke with her class at USC’s School of Cinematic Arts and asked her students to explain Sydney to her, saying, in part, “She’s not pretty, she can’t act. Why is she so hot?” according to the Daily Mail. In a statement to People Magazine on April 17, a representative for the “Madame Web” star slammed the veteran producer saying, in part, “How sad that a woman in the position to share her expertise and experience chooses instead to attack another woman.”
