Chocolate Covered Cherries - great for Valentine's Day

Hey everybody!
I thought I'd upload this before Valentine's Day so that you can make your sweetie some delicious chocolate covered cherries. I made these as Christmas presents and they were very well received. Chocolate covered cherries are my favorite one bite chocolates so what's better than making your own?

To make these you'll need:

DIY Fondant:
1 cup Icing Sugar
1.5 tbsp Corn Syrup
1.5 tbsp Softened Butter

Chocolate and Cherries:
2 Chocolate cherry molds
~ 25 Large Belgian Chocolates Rounds (milk or dark chocolate)
18 Maraschino Cherries

Optional:
Extra Chocolate Mold for residual chocolate
Jelly Beans (hearts) for decoration
