Sylvia Taudien is German and has been living in Barcelona for over 30 years. She speaks fluent German, English, Spanish and French. She has a Dual Bachelor of Economics from Germany and a Master’s in Marketing from ESADE. She is an Executive Coach certified in Germany and a Retirement Coach certified by CPI (USA).

In 2017 Sylvia attended the Executive Program at the Singularity University in Silicon Valley.

Sylvia has a solid background in marketing and management for multinationals and over 20 years’ experience in international HR consulting. In 2003 she founded Advantage Consultores,

an international HR consultancy with a team of 15 multilingual consultants specialising in international headhunting, new placement (career transition coaching) and executive coaching, especially for German-speaking companies or companies expanding at an international level. Advantage Consultores is the CPI partner for Spain and Portugal.

In 2014 she founded the company Indigital Advantage, a headhunting firm for digital profiles.

Since 2014 she has organised the annual International HR Conference Barcelona, one of the most groundbreaking HR conferences at a global level.
