Once I come up with my plan for business growth, it’s hard for me to keep myself from implementing it right away. With my business planning for 2021 wrapped up, I can’t wait for the coming year. How about you? Have you had a chance to dive deep into your growth strategy for 2021? If not, here are a few strategies that you should include as you plan for the coming year.

The first strategy is to build your infrastructure. Many entrepreneurs have incomplete infrastructure. They don’t have proper communication set up; their website is incomplete; or maybe they haven’t even legally registered their business. My advice to you is to get it together in 2021. In order to become a full-time entrepreneur, you’ve got to have infrastructure.

Your plan for business growth should also include a content marketing strategy. Content marketing is the strategic marketing approach of creating and distributing valuable, relevant, and consistent content in order to attract your ideal customer avatar. It is a critical part of business planning because it drives inbound leads. Although it takes work, it is SO worth it. You have to develop the know, like, and trust with customers.

The third strategy is to make sure you have products or services you can provide online. Even with a brick-and-mortar operation, it’s important to make sure your online offerings are built out well. After the pandemic, people will have already fallen in love with being able to do things from the comfort of their own home. You need to facilitate that in your business.
