Prospects and challenges of real estate in Nigeria
Nigeria’s real estate sector has contracted since 2016, with the sector down 4.7 per cent as at the full year of 2018, that’s according to the National Bureau of Statistics. Damilola Akindolire, Managing Director at Alpha Mead Development Company joins CNBC Africa’s Kenneth Igbomor to discuss Nigeria’s real estate prospects.
