Prince Harry and Meghan Markle spoke with high school students about mental health in their podcast Teenage Therapy. Meghan Markle says a lot in this podcast as she tries to relate to teenagers who face legitimate mental issues. While I think Prince Harry has some legitimate concerns and responses to some of the questions asked of him in this podcast, I think Meghan Markle has a lot to learn about what really matters and that things are not always about her and her perceptions of unfair trolling on the internet. In this video I discuss the things that where talked about in this podcast and give my interpretation about what Meghan was really saying behind the things she spoke about.
