Railcar Helps Bridge Lifelong Access Goal

Jeff Mack had a lifelong goal to get a bridge on his land to improve access to his cattle in the winter months. The Natural Resources Conservation Service used their EQIP program to facilitate that goal by repurposing a railcar and giving better and more reliable access to the property.
