Try this quick, simple and healthy chia pudding recipe that you can prep the night before, leave in the fridge and simply grab and go the next day! ✨

Perfect for busy mornings, meal prep days and anyone looking for a nutritious breakfast without the fuss.

INGREDIENTS:
2 tbsp chia seeds
Milk of choice
1 tbsp Greek yoghurt
A handful of frozen berries
Optional toppings: fresh fruit, nuts, seeds, granola, honey, etc.

RECIPE:

1. Add 2 tbsp chia seeds to a 400 ml moonmoon stainless steel snack pot.

2. Pour in enough milk to cover the chia seeds (adjust the amount depending on how thick you like your pudding).

3. Add 1 tbsp Greek yoghurt and mix well.

4. Stir in a handful of frozen berries, then cover and refrigerate overnight.

5. In the morning, add your favourite toppings and enjoy!
