Amazon Flex Left Me Stranded During My Route

I was delivering for Amazon Flex when the GPS led me into a pothole/mud area and my car got completely stuck. I called Amazon support and was told an emergency team was coming to help… but nobody ever showed up.

I was stranded for hours, calling tow trucks with no money, while trying to figure everything out alone. Even the sheriff’s office couldn’t really help besides giving me numbers to call.

This was honestly one of the most stressful delivery experiences I’ve ever had. I wanted to share what really happens sometimes while working Amazon Flex.
