HOW TO RETAIN CLIENTS | KEEP YOUR CLIENTS COMING BACK | EYELASH EXTENSION TIPS

It's not just about getting a client, the business is made by keeping that client and having them give you their continued business.
Here's a few tips I've learnt over the years that really helped me grow and get reoccurring clients.

1. Customer service is key and will take you extremely far.
2. It's all about your set up and their experience. Give your client the most memorable experience that will keep you coming back by creating a relaxing environment.
3. Check up on your client. Msg them a couple days after their appointment to check and give them a window to ask questions or book a fill.
4. Book fills right after their appointment. Make it a habit to book clients in right away to almost guarantee that next appointment.
5. Build a relationship by listening to your client. Make them comfortable enough they can open us to you and talk to you about their life and talk to them about yours!
6. Educate your client. It's all about creating an impression and a lasting one. Nothing will keep your clients remembering you like a learning tip! Teach them something they didn't know about lashing!
7. Respond quickly to inquires. People don't like to wait and chances are they msgd a couple people so be the first to respond! They will love you for it.
8. Show them something new! A new style a new product or even just a new set. People will love to see the change and want to experience it them selves.
9. Show your gratitude every time! Be excited and happy to have your clients. Let them know how happy you are to have them and show them you value them.
