A representative from a species in the Delta quadrant, seeks help from the mighty and evil Captain Janeway of the warship Voyager, to conquer another species. But the evil Captain and crew of Voyager, are not gonna waste time on being diplomatic, when biogenic weapons are much faster and much more affective.
