Gravity Wheel - Single Shaft Imbalance - Attempt 1

This is a failed attempt from 2007 where I tried to create an imbalanced state on a single shaft to support a gravity driven wheel. Since I believe this approach is the only way to create perpetual motion by gravity only, I'm looking for the mechanism that can provide permanent imbalance while all its parts are working on the same axle.

This channel was primarily opened to show and demonstrate my research for free energy. SOPM means nothing more than Secret Of Perpetual Motion.
