Inflation cools slower than expected, markets drop

U.S. price growth cooled in January, slowing from 3.4% to 3.1% on a 12-month basis, the Bureau of Labor Statistics reported Tuesday, but the slowing pace was less than forecasts anticipated. NBC News' Christine Romans explains what it means for the economy.
