Beginner Aerials w/ Kenny (Frog Jump, Throwouts, Ria Flip, Scarf) - Barcelona

This is the Barcelona Beginner Aerial Edition. Sara Planas and I taught the Frog Jump, Forward Throwout, Back Throwout, the Ria Flip, and the Scarf for Spank the Baby, Barcelona. We also include three different aerial exercises on this video.

When practicing aerials, please be safe. The flier's safety is most important. We use spotters and communicate which prep or "going over" that we're doing together. Then the flier and spotters say "yes". Be safe, communicate, have fun.
