How to Make Snickerdoodle Cookies Without Cream of Tartar | Easy Recipe

Snickerdoodle cookies are a great recipe which is made with cream of tartar, but I find this snickerdoodles version so delicious that I go without it. I make no apologies for introducing you to how to make this little beauty!

It literally takes minutes to put together and is good to eat just 10 minutes later. So easy to make, so hard to resist! And all the delight of cinnamon and sugar.

Everyone needs a few go-to cookie recipes in their repertoire.

INGREDIENTS

For the cookies
175g sugar
125ml vegetable oil
1 large egg
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
225g plain flour
1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 tsp cinnamon

For the sugar coating
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
