so i think i found an akali q bug that now exists because of the e q combo removal

ok to be more specific on what happened. i had a really bad game and was depressed, so i decided to practice some akali combos. i wanted to find a work around to the e q combo being removed. and i kinda did. sadly, as you can see it cancels your e2, BUT.... it also reduces your q cd for that one cast. what i mean by this is i just now realized that, if you press q mid e, the only single thing in the game that can stop your q after the e is done is hourglass (don't quote me, it's just the only thing i have personally found). and i realized when you ult your q still happens mid ult, extending the q slightly. this can be used in a lot of ways, but the main idea i had hear was to try and find a sweet spot where you can maybe slightly bug the game out a bit and cancel your e2, into r1, except with still getting the e2 damage off... somehow, and then q'ing backwards mid e so that during your r1, you will do a backwards q.

i only tested that for maybe 15 minutes, but in the process i found a q cool down bug. akali's q cd at all ranks is simply 1.5 seconds. this is effected by ability haste, but as you saw, i had no items. but i was able to e, cancel the e2 with my r1, into a backwards q, into passive, and when my q should have had a good second to go before i could use it again, i was able to q passive again.

my guess here is that they messed up the code when removing her e q combo, and when you cast your q during your e, it's like the cool down started ticking down right when you casted it, but you can still use it right when your e2 ends (or rather mid r1 when you cancel your e2 with r1), but then, as i said, you can instantly use it again, because the game thinks it's off cd.

i do want to clarify that i have not see or tested this in an actual game before. this was done in practice tool and it could just only be a bug there. i am about to test it right after uploading this though.
