Do 3D Prints melt in your car in summer?

I always wondered what would happen to 3D Prints if you left them in your car in the hot summer sun - so I decided to try it.

We tested PLA, ABS and PET, all loaded into a car parked in the sun on a 35degC day. The results were.. interesting!
