Philippine Taekwondo princess, Pauline Lopez shares her thoughts on joining local competitions, the value of hard work and consistent training.

Pauline currently ranks 1st in SouthEast Asia, 7th in Asia and 28th in the World. She's a Gold Medalist in the 2017 Chuncheon Korea Championship, 28th Sea Games, Asian Youth Games.
