Johnnie Jackson and Keone Pearson link up finally and train chest.
Keone is 8 weeks out from "repeat" victories at the Chicago pro.

Johnnie Jackson is revving up the competitive engine again for a powerlifting meet coming up in October hence the addition of the bench press and floor presses to this training session. Keone is bigger than ever heading into his second run at the Chicago pro and another Olympia qualification.

We have an all star crew competing in the Chicago pro so stay tuned and if you have plans to attend the Chicago pro in person WE WILL DEFINITELY BE THERE.
