Fred Astaire Sings "They All Laughed" from "Shall We Dance" (1937)

This song is a George & Ira Gershwin composition, written for the 1937 musical, "Shall We Dance", starring Fred Astaire & Ginger Rogers. The movie is the seventh of ten films starring Astaire & Rogers, and Gershwin was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Song ("They Can't Take That Away From Me"). Unfortunately, the ailing Gershwin died only two months after the film's release.
Fred Astaire (1899-1987) and Ginger Rogers (1911-1995) were one of the most famous dance teams in the history of film. Their movies include the wonderful "Top Hat" and "Swing Time".
I hope you enjoy Gershwin's bouncy tune, "They All Laughed".
Thanks for viewing!
