Let’s solve this control systems exercise together: find the closed-loop transfer function of the system illustrated in the block diagram.

To reduce multiple subsystems into a single block, the transfer functions of parallel systems are added, and cascaded (series) systems are multiplied.

For negative feedback systems, the closed-loop transfer function is given by G(s) / [1 + G(s)H(s)], where G(s) is the system in the forward path and H(s) is the system in the feedback path.
