Katie introduces you to Korean Temple Cuisine. It's a type of cuisine that originates from the Buddhist temples in Korea. Korean temple food uses a variety of mountain herbs and wild greens, including today's ingredients, bellflower root and gondre (Korean thistle). Seasoning is typically all-natural (no artificial flavoring). So its very organic and healthy way of eating.

Today, we introduce you to two temple cuisines: (1) Gondre Rice (pronounced Gondre Bap in Korean) and a banchan made with bellflower root (도라지나물, doraji namul).

Let us know if you're interested in these wild veggie meals. We'll introduce some more if you are!
