You need the following fabric:

For the 5x7 sized bag

Ears & Horn
4 pieces that are 2.5" x 2.5" for the ears
2 pieces that are 2" x 3" for the horn.

Applique:
1 piece that is 5.5" x 3"

Outside of Bag:
1 piece that is 6" x 8"
1 piece that is 6" x 5"
and 1 piece that is 6" x 3"

Lining of Bag:
1 piece that is 6" x 8"
1 piece that is 6" x 5"
and 1 piece that is 6" x 3"
For the 6x10 sized bag

Ears & Horn
4 pieces that are 3" x 3.5" for the ears
2 pieces that are 2.5" x 3.5" for the horn.

Applique:
1 piece that is 6.5" x 3.5"

Outside of Bag:
1 piece that is 7.5" x 7.5"
1 piece that is 7.5" x 6"
and 1 piece that is 7.5" x 3"

for the lining you need
1 piece that is 7.5" x 7.5"
1 piece that is 7.5" x 6"
and 1 piece that is 7.5" x 3"
For the 7x12 sized bag

Ears & Horn
4 pieces that are 3.5" x 3.5" for the ears
2 pieces that are 4" x 2.75" for the horn.

Applique:
1 piece that is 7.25" x 3.5"

Outside of Bag:
1 piece that is 8" x 8"
1 piece that is 8" x 6.25"
and 1 piece that is 8" x 3"

Lining of Bag:
1 piece that is 8" x 8"
1 piece that is 8" x 6.25"
and 1 piece that is 8" x 3"

9" Zipper for all bags would work though you could get a 7" for the 5x7 size.
