GUA SHA 14 DAY CHALLENGE I was amazed at the results// & Hello Tilly - Our 9 week old Westie Puppy

Hello Lovelies,
For 14 days, I dedicated time to indulge in the ancient art of Gua Sha. This healing technique involves gentle scraping of the skin using a jade stone. From the very first session, I felt a deep sense of relaxation and connectedness with my body.

I quickly learned that Gua Sha is not a quick fix, but rather a nurturing ritual that requires consistency and patience. Each day, I committed myself to this self-care practice, taking the time to prioritize my well-being.

While the before and after photos may not reflect drastic changes, there are never the less changes. I discovered that the true essence of Gua Sha lies in the overall experience. Every single day I looked forward to the quiet time, just me the camera and the stone it helped me enormously in ways I hadn't considered. Similar to “mindfulness” and “meditation”

I was very cynical at the outset but by trialling for just 14 days my mind has been changed 🧘‍♀️

Give it a go, just a few moments a day.
