This is Alternate Version #1 of 5 different versions I did while I was creating the extended version of the theme ("He's a Pirate") of the movie « Pirates of the Caribbean ». The 4 first attempts sounded more like "Theme Suites", so I rejected them. They're far from perfection, however, I think they're still interesting so this may interest some people. There you go. Klaus Badelt & Hans Zimmer - Pirates of the Caribbean Theme (He's a Pirate) [Theme Suite by Gilles Nuytens]

This is the original music, extended by myself from the original soundtrack. It includes music from the 2 first movies: « The Curse of the Black Pearl » (2003) & « Dead Man's Chest » (2006). Many people took part to the scoring of the music. Officially, the composer of the first movie is Klaus Badelt, however, Hans Zimmer, as well as being the producer, composed the first draft of the theme and other people were brought to help to finish it (Ramin Djawadi, James Dooley, Nick Glennie-Smith, Steve Jablonsky, Blake Neely, James McKee Smith, and Geoff Zanelli).
