Charitable and social gambling can be fun for participants and lucrative fundraisers for non-profits. However, if not licensed and conducted properly, sponsors and participants in raffles, game nights, sports betting pools, and other social and charitable games can be subject to civil and criminal penalties. Participants in this webinar will learn how charitable and social gaming can be conducted legally under Iowa Code Chapter 99B and the Iowa Department of Inspections & Appeals’ regulations.
