Kataifi Pastry also known as shredded phyllo dough is made with a mixture of flour, cornstarch, salt, oil, and water. This thin batter is then spun to make the pastry's fine strands.

Cornflour 75g
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
220 ml water- room temperature
