UK makes its ‘strongest condemnation’ yet of Israel as Middle East war worsens

Sky News contributor Sophie Elsworth has discussed the United Kingdom’s “strongest condemnation” of the Israeli government’s actions in Gaza.

The UK has halted free trade talks with Israel, citing the ongoing aid blockade into Gaza.

UK PM Keir Starmer has described Israel’s actions in Gaza as “utterly intolerable”.

“Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer and Foreign Secretary David Lammy both came out today and said basically that they were appalled with the actions of Israel,” Ms Elsworth told Sky News Australia.
