वीर बाइ डिस्कवरी भारतीय सेना में दिए जाने वाले कमरतोड़ कमांडो प्रशिक्षण पर डॉक्युमेंटरी प्रस्तुत करता है। कमांडो स्कूल बेलगाम में ट्रेनी कमांडो अंतिम परीक्षा की तैयारी कर रहे हैं। इन्स्ट्रक्टर ग्रेड पाने के लिए ट्रेनी कमांडो को 1.5 किलोमीटर की बैटल बाधा दौड़ 14 मिनिट 30 सेकेंड में पूरी करनी होगी।

After a month long of bone breaking training at Commando School Belgaum, the most dreaded trainer has decided to test the Indian Army Commandos to their breaking point. In the final 3 days, trainee commandos will participate in Battle Obstacle course which is one of the one of the toughest in the world. Commandos have to complete the obstacle course of 1.5km with 22 obstacles within 14 minutes 30 seconds (excellent time) if they want instructor grade or best in physicals awards. The maximum time allowed to finish the obstacle course is 20 minutes 30 seconds.
