USMLE Step 1 Exam Changed to Pass / Fail - An IMG Opinion

With recent news of the USMLE Step 1 exam changing from a numerical scoring system to a pass/fail only, I've seen a lot of different reactions across social media, primarily from American Medical Graduates (AMGs). As this is a topic close to my heart, being a foreign graduate myself, I wanted to give an International Medical Graduate's (IMG's) opinion on the subject.
