In this video, we show how GIR Software Services built a secure cross-domain authentication solution for Magnets USA, enabling seamless one-click login between their NetSuite SuiteCommerce Advanced (SCA) website and an external Next.js QR management application.

GIR implemented a secure parent-to-child handshake integration where the NetSuite SuiteCommerce Advanced (SCA) site retrieves the logged-in customer ID, securely encodes it, opens the QR application in a new tab.

Both systems relied on the same customer identity, but securely transferring authentication across domains isn’t straightforward. Modern browser security restrictions prevent the use of shared cookies, URL tokens, or local storage across platforms.
