Ethiopia Announces Plans to Restructure $1 Billion of Debt
Ethiopian government is restructuring $1Billion debt to bolster growth recovery amidst the COVID pandemic. The plan however does not cover Euro bonds. Zemedeneh Negatu, the Global chairman of the American investment firm Fairfax African Fund talked to CGTN.
