Scotland reached its first major tournament since 1998 with a penalty-shootout win vs. Serbia, so who better than our resident Scotsmen Craig Burley and Derek Rae to reflect on a historic night for their countrymen? Rae says it wasn’t a fluke Scotland got past Israel and Serbia on penalties and compared it to a “Germanic level of efficiency” from the spot.
