Recipe
1 egg
2 cups plain yogurt + ½ cup cold water
3 cups boiling water
⅓ cup rice (I used jasmine, but calrose or any round rice will work just fine)
Salt to taste
2-3 tbs finely chopped mint (use dry if you like )
