The Updated 2023 Nissan Altima SR Turbo Is A Great Option in the Questionable Midsize Sedan Segment

I've liked the Nissan Altima since it was redesigned for the 2019 model year, and Nissan has only improved on that front with this facelifted 2023 model. But I can't help but question the value of midsize sedans these days given how many other, more useful vehicle classes exist at similar price points. $36,000 is a lot for a commuter vehicle with a relatively useless cargo area. Still, vehicles like the Altima here, along with the Honda Accord, Toyota Camry, Subaru Legacy, Hyundai Sonata, and Kia K5 soldier on.
