Pasti sudah pada tahu yah menu yg satu ini, kalo liat film drakor , reality show korea ada odengnya, mknnya di food truck, musim dingin, hot2 langsung slurppp... 🤤pasti enak bgt
rasanya endess yg penggemar otak2 pasti deh doyan.. kalo beli paketan kurang enak, selain itu ga puas, jadi bikin sendiri aja..so cekidot🤩
bahan
1 bks kulit tahu
secukupnya daun bwg
30 gr bwg putih
350 gr ikan tenggiri cewe
1 sdm minyak wijen
1 btr telur
secukupnya garam, lada, gula, kaldu bubuk ayam
2 sdm tepung tapioka
100 ml air es
bahan soup
1,5lt air
1 sdt anchovy powder (bubuk ikan teri)
15 gr bwg putih cincang halus
secukupnya garam, lada, daun bwg iris
bahan saos celup
100 ml air
2 sdm gochujang
2 sdm gula merah/aren
1/2 sdt anchovy powder (bubuk ikan teri)
secukupnya garam, dan sagu utk bikin kental

Ingredients:
1 pack of tofu skin
30 g garlic
350 g mackarel
1 tsp sesame oil
1 egg
2 tbsp tapioca flour
salt, pepper, sugar, chicken stock powder
Soup ingredients:
1.5 L of water
1 tsp anchovy powder
15 g garlic (chopped)
salt, pepper, green onions (chopped)
Sauce ingredients:
100 ml water
2 tbsp gochujang paste
2 tbsp palm sugar/ brown sugar
1/2 tsp anchovy powder
salt and corn starch to make the thick sauce
