So like I said, getting your first 100 subscribers can be pretty tough. But the #1 reason people don't get to 100 subscribers is because they give up. Look at Mr. Breast... it took him OVER 2 YEARS to get his first 100 subscribers!! If he had just given up, he wouldn't be one of the biggest YouTubers and making millions of dollars. I've found the 2 main reasons people give up is from Comparing & Expectations. You have to NOT compare yourself to people much further along than you, as well as not have ridiculous expectations of getting a million subscribers and becoming a millionaire without putting in the work. It took me 6 months to get my first 200 subscribers but nowadays I get more subscribers than that every single day... so just don't give up!

Now, one of the best tips I can give you is to pick a schedule and stick to it. Not only is this is going to help show YouTube you’re serious which will help with the algorithm, but it’ll also tell your subscribers when to expect videos from you. I suggest anywhere from 1-3 videos a week, and really 2-3 would be best, if you can. Then make sure to let your people know your schedule by putting it in your channel banner, your channel trailer, and even talk about it in your videos too. Also, I suggest creating at least 4 weeks of videos before even uploading your first video so you can always stay consistent and not fall behind.

Bonus tip: DON'T FOCUS ON MONEY! I see so many people that only worry about that and when you are money hungry, your audience can tell. This is why it's super important to continue to work your job and build your business on the side so you aren't relying on your business to make you income at the beginning before it's consistent. So instead of focusing on money, focus on providing the most value and the money will follow - guaranteed!

Next up, we gotta actually know what to make the content about and how to make it so it’ll actually perform. I suggest using a tool called MorningFame. This is how you can start figuring out lower volume search terms that you can actually start ranking for in search as a small creator. This tool absolutely changed the game for me and my YouTube channel.

Also, speaking of game-changers... literally, the first video I wrote an entire script for... is the first video that blew up on my channel! I 100% stand by scripting and I believe it's the best, especially for beginners because a lot of people will get off topic and that's when your viewers will lose interest and click off your video.

But now this next tip may arguably be one of the most important things you can do… which is promote your video. However, at the same time… this is also where so many people mess up. Don't listen to Garyvee and try to be on every platform (like I did - lol) I suggest picking one main platform, YouTube… and one support platform... TIKTOK! And no, you don't have to dance! TikTok literally blew my entire business up and changed everything for me and it's definitely the way to go.

Lastly, the most important tip of them all... at the end of your video, make sure you always include a CTA. It could be as simple as this:
