Celebrity MasterChef Australia S01 E02 Full Episode: Heat 2 sees Author and former Wallabies player Peter FitzSimons, The Biggest Loser Trainer Michelle Bridges and former Hi-5 performer Kathleen deLeon Jones battle it out in two rounds. In round one they cook their Signature dishes, the winner will get an advantage over the others in round two. Michelle cooks Moroccan lamb with couscous, Kathleen makes Chicken Adobo & a Caramel Flan and Peter cooks chicken coq au vin. Kathleen's flan gives her the edge and she is declared the winner. Round two Kathleen gets to pick which of the two Brent Savage dishes they will all cook in the pressure test. Choosing from a Pistachio cake desert and a roasted spatchcock dish - the most difficult dish ever attempted in the MasterChef kitchen, Kathleen chooses the Spatchcock. They all struggle with different elements of the dish but in the end there can only be one winner and Michelle come out on top and wins her place in the semi finals.
