RD-Textures in body paint C4D - quick tutorial

As I found more messages about RDT, where people say it's cool but can't be used for complex object, I'd like to show you a workflow that solves the problem and makes it possible to use RDT on ANY OBJECT you like. I hope this clears some questions.
