Get That Battery OUT! A Closer Look at the Warehouse Sale 386/20... (Computerized Start™ Live)

The System Source Swap Meet was held on April 27, 2025. Unlike last time, I joined up with @RetroTechChris to carpool up to the event, and good thing Chris decided to bring the minivan... I'm not sure everything would have fit in his car!

I picked up two PCs from the museum's Warehouse Sale for $20 each. They appear to be complete, but dirty... and both still have NiCad batteries on the motherboard with minor signs of leakage and corrosion.

Time to get those batteries OUT, starting with the 386/20! And we'll take the opportunity to explore the system further and give everything a good cleaning.

How bad will the corrosion be? Is the 386/20 an SX or a DX? And will I damage the board while trying to repair it? You'll have to watch to find out!
