HIGH PROTEIN CREAMY PANEER RICE BOWL RECIPE 🌼

🌼 Heat 1 tsp olive oil in a pan
🌼 Add 1 tbsp chopped garlic and sauté well
🌼 For the creamy sauce, in a jar container add:
 • 8–10 cashew nuts
 • Charred yellow bell pepper
 • 2 green chillies
 • 100 g paneer
 • 1 cheese slice
 • Salt as per taste
 • ½ tsp black pepper
 • A pinch of oregano
 • Water as required

🌼 Blend everything into a smooth, creamy paste
🌼 Adjust the consistency like a pourable sauce
🌼 Add the sauce to the pan
🌼 Add salt as per taste
🌼 Add 1 tsp black pepper powder
🌼 Add 2 tbsp sweet corn
🌼 Cook the sauce for 3–4 minutes
🌼 In another pan, heat olive oil
🌼 Add vegetables like cabbage & capsicum
🌼 Stir and cook for 4–5 minutes
🌼 Add cooked rice
🌼 Add salt as per taste
🌼 Add black pepper powder
🌼 Mix well till rice is evenly coated
🌼 Serve the rice hot with the creamy paneer sauce on top
