An advanced 30 minute kettlebell workout focusing on cardio and strength for guys who love kettlebell training!

This full body kettlebell workout has 3 rounds, all being different. The first 2 rounds are cardio rounds then we finish with 1 round of strength. An awesome way to get a total body workout in, get seriously fit and feeling great at the same time!
