ImpactFest 2020 - 29-10-2020

This session is all about your potential to create a positive impact on the (working) life of you and your co-workers. In the current situation concerning Covid-19, we notice that many people end up in social isolation and experience daily challenges in the (digital) workspace. In this workshop you will learn about effects of working from home and the impact the change in society has on your work and private life. Also, you will discover the role you can play in making your organization or business even more socially aware and inclusive!
This quest of taking better care of your mental and physical wellbeing (and that of your co-workers) will be led by SWOM. SWOM is a Dutch organization that supports highly educated people with a disability in their search for a job on the regular labor market. They are leading in the Netherlands in creating an inclusive and diverse job market.
