We have just arrived back to Pico Island, and there is a lot of work ahead of us. Our first priority is to get our reno completed and ready for our first renters.

We are definitely feeling the pressure, we only having 3 months to get everything ready. On this video we get re-connected to the island, a lot going on. We also go over to the house to analyze & prioritize how we plan to have it all ready for our Canadian guests.
