Welcome to The Refuge Online!

Why did Jesus die on the cross? He did so for us! He did so to purchase our pardon with His blood. He died for you and for me. Isn't that great news? Today, Pastor Scott continues the series, "Passing Through," a verse-by-verse study of 1st Peter. We look at 1 Peter 3:18-22 that reminds us that indeed He died for our sins. Our passage further proves that clear sciptures and confussing scriptures can live side by side. This morning, we will also tackle tough questions like, "Did Jesus go to hell and preach to fallen spirits" as some teach? Another one is, "Does 'Water Baptism' save us as some believe?" These topics and more are all found in our sermon today.

The Refuge gathers together every Sunday for public worship at 9:00 and 10:45 A.M. with breakfast food in between starting at 10:15. We also meet throughout the week from home to home in our Missional Communities.
