This fight works a bit differently to the rest. Instead of alternating between two different cutscenes for the rounds 1 to 2 and rounds 2 to 3 intermissions, this one has 3 sets of cutscenes:

Set 1 is by far the most common, and simply has Hondo deliver historical Japanese quotes.

Set 2 is probably the rarest, and consists of Hondo offering ingredients for a sushi dish.

Set 3 appears to just be general advice. This one's also pretty rare, but somewhat more frequent than set 2.

At first I thought sets 2 and 3 were scripted, but digging deeper it seems they're more or less random, although there may be certain things you can do to make them more likely, not too sure.
