Vintage MOTU Panthor Saddle and Eye repair - Toy Polloi

I was recently given this vintage Masters of the Universe Panthor and it needed some work to get it displayable. The saddle strap was missing so I needed to make something from scratch and both his eyes had worn away making him look less that scary.

So time for some quick repairs to get him ready for battle, and ready for Skeletor to ride him into battle against He-Man.
