Paper Napkin Mixed Media Collage Tutorial: The Making of a Modern Day "Girl with the Pearl Earring"

This week I'm doing a modern-day mixed media art version of the model from Vermeer's painting in my favorite Art Journal, inspired by one of MY favorite YouTube channels (Royalty Now Studios), and she's GORGEOUS!
