A Gay Christian's advice to the Church

I believe that the way Christians interact with the LGBT community can many times be harmful. I know that I've had some really weird and difficult conversations with gay friends and have wished how to go about those conversations better.

Today, I sit down with Matthias, a gay Christian and ask his opinion on how the Church can improve the way it interacts with queer people. In short, the more we listen, the more we treat all people as human beings, the better off we'll be.

I know for myself, that I'm still on a journey of learning. I want to know how to both hold my views as a Christian faithfully and to simultaneously treat people who disagree with me in a compassionate and graceful manner. This is just one step on that journey. I hope you enjoy!
